IN THE MAKING...Fiesta DC began in the 1970s in the vibrant Mount Pleasant neighborhood, a center for Latino culture in the city. Over the years, the festival's popularity grew, and it eventually outgrew its original location. Seeking a more prominent space to showcase the richness of Latino heritage, Fiesta DC moved to its current home on Constitution Avenue, a central location in the heart of Washington, DC.
