Come celebrate Brazil Independence Day with the Brazil Fiesta DC Delegation and Vavá United School of Samba for a special evening at El Mercat Bar de Tapas, a Brazilian-owned restaurant. Live samba bateria, passistas, dance, and joy — celebrating Brazil as Fiesta DC 2026's Country of Honor. Date: Thursday, September 10, 2026 Time: 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM Location: El Mercat Bar de Tapas, Westpost National Landing (Former Pentagon City Row), 1301 South Joyce Street, Arlington, VA Cover charge: $10 per person Parking: Available throughout the Pentagon City Mall area, a short walk from El Mercat. Uber/Drop-off: DSW is a convenient drop-off point.
